ONE PPF is built on installer consistency, controlled growth, and clear standards. The policies below explain what the public can expect from our authorized network, what our warranty covers, and how claims and verification work.

Important: The official, controlling documents are the signed Authorized Installing Dealer Agreement (for dealers) and the ONE PPF Limited Product Warranty (for consumers). This page is provided as a public summary for convenience.

1) Authorized Installing Dealer Program 

What “Authorized” Means

A ONE PPF Authorized Installing Dealer is an installation business approved by ONE PPF to purchase ONE PPF products for the purpose of installing film for its customers.

Authorized dealers are installing dealers, not distributors.

What Dealers Are Not Allowed to Do (No Resale / No Distribution)

To protect product integrity and dealer trust, ONE PPF products may not be sold or supplied as uninstalled material without written approval from ONE PPF. This includes, without limitation:

• Reselling rolls or partial rolls
• Supplying film to another shop for installation
• Selling film online, marketplaces, or retail channels
• Appointing sub-dealers, resellers, brokers, or secondary installers

Independent Businesses

Authorized Dealers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of ONE PPF and may not bind ONE PPF to commitments.

2) Dealer Tiers, Exclusivity & Territory

ONE PPF may offer dealer tiers and programs from time to time. Any tier status, program benefits, or territory protection must be issued in writing by ONE PPF.

• No exclusivity is implied.
• Verbal statements are not binding.
• If a dealer has territory protection, it is performance-based, conditional, and defined strictly in writing.

3) Authorized Installers, Training & Quality Standards

ONE PPF may require training, product updates, or periodic re-certification to maintain installer quality across our network.

• ONE PPF products must be installed by Authorized Installers working under an Authorized Dealer.
• Installation by unauthorized personnel may affect warranty eligibility.
• Dealers are responsible for proper storage, handling, and installation environment.

4) Shipping & Receiving Policy

Shipping Terms (FOB U.S. Warehouse)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ONE PPF shipments are FOB U.S. warehouse (shipping point). Title and risk of loss transfer when the shipment leaves our U.S. warehouse.

Inspection Window

Upon delivery, the receiving party must inspect product promptly and report:

• Visible shipping damage
• Shortages
• Nonconformity

within five (5) business days of receipt.

Shipping Lead Times

Shipping dates are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, supply chain constraints, or allocation decisions.

5) Brand & Marketing Rules 

ONE PPF trademarks, logos, and product names may only be used by authorized partners in compliance with ONE PPF Brand Guidelines.

Allowed Dealer Designations

Authorized partners may use designations such as:

• “Authorized ONE PPF Dealer”
• “Authorized ONE PPF Installer”
• “Authorized Installing Dealer”

Prohibited Claims

To protect customers and ensure accurate expectations, the following are not permitted under ONE PPF branding unless explicitly approved in writing:

• “Lifetime warranty”
• “No-fault warranty”
• “Guaranteed to never fail”
• Unapproved competitor comparison claims
• “Exclusive dealer” claims without written territory addendum

ONE PPF may request correction or removal of non-compliant content.

ONE PPF Limited Product Warranty 

Overview

ONE Paint Protection Films (“ONE PPF,” “we,” “our,” or “Company”) warrants that its paint protection film products (the “Product”) will be free from manufacturing defects for the applicable Warranty Period, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions below.

This Limited Warranty applies only to ONE PPF products installed by an authorized ONE PPF installer and maintained in accordance with ONE PPF care and maintenance guidelines.

Warranty Period by Product Line

The Warranty Period begins on the original installation date.

8-Year Limited Warranty

Applies to:

• ONE PPF Colored Paint Protection Films (HydroColor Series and all color variants)

10-Year Limited Warranty

Applies to:

• HydroClear™ (7.5 mil)
• HydroSatin™ (7.5 mil)
• HydroMatte™ (7.5 mil)

12-Year Limited Warranty

Applies to:

• Ultimate HydroClear™ (8.5 mil)

No ONE PPF product carries a lifetime warranty.
Replacement or repaired product does not restart, extend, or renew the original Warranty Period.

Covered Manufacturing Defects

During the Warranty Period, ONE PPF warrants against manufacturing defects including:

• Yellowing
• Cracking
• Peeling or delamination
• Bubbling or blistering
• Staining caused by material failure
• Loss of gloss or matte finish not caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors

Warranty Remedy

If a product fails due to a verified manufacturing defect during the Warranty Period, ONE PPF will, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the affected product, and
• Cover reasonable labor costs for removal and reinstallation when performed by an authorized ONE PPF installer

Coverage applies only to the affected area. Surrounding or unaffected areas are not covered.

Claim Process

Warranty claims must be initiated through the original authorized ONE PPF installer and must include:

• Proof of purchase and installation
• Clear photos and documentation of the issue
• Vehicle details (VIN and mileage if requested)

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by ONE PPF or its authorized representative. Claims submitted by unauthorized third parties may be declined.

Transferability

This Limited Warranty is transferable to subsequent vehicle owners for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, provided:

• Proof of original installation is submitted to ONE PPF, and
• Transfer is registered within 30 days of ownership transfer

Exclusions (What This Warranty Does Not Cover)

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Improper installation, surface preparation, or handling
• Normal wear and tear (swirls, scratches, scuffs)
• Road debris, rock chips, gravel, or physical impacts
• Accidents, collisions, vandalism, repainting without reinstallation
• Environmental damage (acid rain, water spots, sap, bird droppings, bug splatter)
• Chemical exposure (harsh cleaners, solvents, fuels, contaminants)
• Pressure washing misuse, automatic car washes, abrasive tools, improper cleaning
• Use of non-approved ceramic coatings, sealants, or chemicals
• Pre-existing paint defects or prior bodywork issues
• Installation with visible issues that should have been identified at install
• Film removal/replacement performed by non-authorized installers
• Use on non-automotive surfaces

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by ONE PPF. All other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

ONE PPF’s total liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

ONE PPF is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of vehicle use, lost profits, diminished resale value, downtime, or inconvenience, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable local law.
