ONE PPF Reserve Partners represent the highest tier within the ONE PPF Authorized Installing Dealer Network. Reserve Partners are intentionally limited and designated by invitation based on long-term performance and brand alignment.

WHAT RESERVE PARTNER STATUS MEANS
Reserve Partners are recognized for:
- Exceptional installation quality
- Professional facility standards
- Accurate product and warranty representation
- Strong customer experience and brand discipline
- Consistent compliance with program standards
Reserve Partners may be eligible for:
- Priority collaboration and communication
- Advanced product education and early updates
- Elevated marketing opportunities
- Performance-based territory consideration (where separately granted)
WHAT IT DOES NOT MEAN
Reserve Partner status does not mean:
- Distribution or resale rights
- A franchise relationship
- Guaranteed territory, pricing, volume, or exclusivity
- Authority to bind ONE PPF
TERRITORY & EXCLUSIVITY
Territory protection exists only if granted in a separate written addendum signed by ONE PPF. No exclusivity is implied by Reserve status alone.
ONGOING REVIEW
Reserve status is not permanent. ONE PPF may review designation based on performance, compliance, claims behavior, training participation, and brand integrity.
