The ONE PPF Authorized Installing Dealer Program is designed for professional installation businesses that install ONE PPF products for their customers.
This page is marketing-safe and informational only. It does not create contractual rights. Dealer relationships are governed solely by signed agreements and written addenda issued by ONE PPF.
CORE PROGRAM RULES
Authorized Installing Dealers are installing dealers only.
- Products are purchased for the dealer’s internal installation use on customer vehicles.
- Dealers are not distributors.
- No resale or distribution of rolls, partial rolls, or uninstalled film is permitted without ONE PPF’s written approval.
BRAND REPRESENTATION
Authorized dealers may represent themselves only using approved designations such as:
- “Authorized ONE PPF Dealer”
- “Authorized ONE PPF Installer”
- “Authorized Installing Dealer”
Dealers may not:
- Claim exclusivity unless granted in a signed written addendum
- Publish wholesale pricing or internal program terms
- Make unapproved performance comparisons or guarantees
- Expand or reinterpret warranty coverage
TIERS (IF APPLICABLE)
ONE PPF may offer tier designations (e.g., Standard, Elite, Reserve).
Tier status (and any associated benefits) is conditional, non-guaranteed, and may be modified prospectively. Tier status is granted only in writing.

ONE PPF is built around a professional, installer-driven network. Our Authorized Installing Dealer Program exists to protect product integrity, ensure consistent installation quality, and maintain brand trust across every market we serve.
What “Authorized” Means
A ONE PPF Authorized Installing Dealer is an installation business approved by ONE PPF to purchase ONE PPF products for internal use in providing installation services to customers.
Authorized dealers are installing dealers—not distributors.
No Resale / No Distribution
To protect the dealer network and maintain quality control, ONE PPF products may not be sold or supplied as uninstalled material without prior written approval from ONE PPF.
Not permitted without written approval:
- Reselling rolls or partial rolls
- Supplying film to another shop or third party for installation
- Selling film online, through marketplaces, or retail channels
- Appointing sub-dealers, resellers, brokers, or secondary installers
- Transferring product to another installer or business for their use
Independent Contractor Relationship
Authorized Dealers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of ONE PPF and may not bind ONE PPF to any commitments.
Dealer Tiers & Exclusivity
ONE PPF may offer dealer tiers and programs from time to time. Tier status, benefits, or territory protection are valid only if issued in writing by ONE PPF.
- No exclusivity is implied.
- Verbal statements do not grant exclusivity.
- If territory protection is granted, it is performance-based, conditional, and defined strictly in writing.
Authorized Installers & Training
ONE PPF may require training, product-line education, and periodic re-certification to maintain consistent installation outcomes.
- ONE PPF products must be installed by Authorized Installers working under an Authorized Dealer.
- Installation by unauthorized personnel may impact warranty eligibility.
