Shipping & Receiving Policy

Effective Date: January 3, 2026
Applies To: All ONE PPF Authorized Installing Dealers and customers receiving ONE PPF products

1. Shipping Terms (FOB U.S. Warehouse)

All ONE PPF products are shipped FOB U.S. Warehouse (shipping point) unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the shipment leaves ONE PPF’s U.S. warehouse
  • If ONE PPF arranges shipping as a convenience, it does so as the purchaser’s agent only
  • Carrier delays, transit damage, or loss are the responsibility of the purchaser once shipped

Shipping dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2. Freight, Transit Risk & Carrier Responsibility

Once a shipment departs ONE PPF’s warehouse:

  • The carrier assumes responsibility for delivery
  • The purchaser is responsible for:
    • Transit damage claims
    • Delays
    • Lost shipments
    • Freight-related issues

ONE PPF will assist with documentation when reasonably requested but does not assume carrier liability.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery (Required)

All shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

Purchasers are required to:

  • Inspect packaging and contents before signing for delivery when possible
  • Note any visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery receipt
  • Photograph damaged packaging and product immediately

Failure to inspect and document issues at delivery may result in claim denial.

4. Reporting Timeframes

The following reporting deadlines are mandatory:

Reports submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for review.

5. Shipping Damage Claims

For shipping-related damage:

  • Claims must be submitted in accordance with carrier requirements
  • Supporting documentation may be required, including:
    • Photos of packaging and product
    • Delivery receipt with damage notation
    • Product identification details

ONE PPF does not replace product or issue credits for shipping damage unless recovery is approved through the carrier or otherwise authorized in writing.

6. Returns & RMA Authorization

All returns require prior written authorization from ONE PPF (RMA).

Unless expressly approved in writing:

  • Cut, installed, opened, used, or damaged products are not returnable
  • Partial rolls are not returnable
  • Custom, discontinued, or special-order products are final sale
  • Restocking fees may apply where returns are approved

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

7. Normal Product Variations

The following do not constitute shipping defects or returnable conditions:

  • Minor cosmetic or appearance variation
  • Lot-to-lot or batch-to-batch differences
  • Installation-related outcomes
  • Handling or storage damage after delivery

Manufacturing defects are addressed only through the ONE PPF Limited Product Warranty and Warranty Claim Process.

8. Storage After Delivery

Once received, the purchaser is responsible for proper storage and handling, including:

  • Appropriate temperature and humidity control
  • Protection from physical damage
  • Compliance with ONE PPF storage guidelines

Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery is not covered.

9. No Self-Authorized Replacements

Purchasers may not:

  • Discard product
  • Replace product
  • Reinstall product

without prior written authorization from ONE PPF.

Unauthorized replacements are not eligible for reimbursement, credit, or warranty consideration.

10. Relationship to Dealer Agreement & Warranty

This Shipping & Receiving Policy:

  • Is informational and public-facing
  • Does not modify or replace any executed agreement
  • Is governed by, and subordinate to:
    • The ONE PPF Authorized Installing Dealer Agreement
    • Applicable Addenda
    • The ONE PPF Limited Product Warranty

In the event of a conflict, the executed Dealer Agreement controls.

11. Policy Updates

ONE PPF may update this policy periodically to reflect operational changes, carrier requirements, or compliance needs.

The most current version will be posted on the ONE PPF website.
