BRAND GUIDELINES

LIMITED LICENSE

Authorized Installing Dealers receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ONE PPF trademarks and approved assets solely to market their authorized installation services using ONE PPF products while authorized.

APPROVED DESIGNATIONS

Dealers may use:

• “Authorized ONE PPF Dealer”
• “Authorized ONE PPF Installer”
• “Authorized Installing Dealer”

PROHIBITED STATEMENTS / CLAIMS

Dealers may not claim or imply:

• “Lifetime warranty” or “no-fault warranty”
• “Guaranteed to never fail”
• Exclusivity without written territory addendum
• Unapproved competitor comparisons or “best/strongest” claims
• Any warranty coverage beyond the published Limited Product Warranty
• Any representation that they are ONE PPF corporate, HQ, or manufacturer

LOGO & ASSET RULES

• Use only approved logo files
• Do not modify, stretch, recolor, or re-create marks
• Do not register confusing domains or social handles
• Do not publish wholesale pricing, tier thresholds, or internal documents

CONTENT REVIEW / TAKEDOWN

ONE PPF may require correction or removal of non-compliant content. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.
