ONE PPF In-House Installer Training
Core Certification (2-Day) + Advanced Master Class (3-Day)
ONE Film at a Time. ONE System Mastered.
ONE PPF training is built for professional installers and shop owners who want consistent installs, stronger edge reliability, and the confidence to sell clear, color, and specialty films without guesswork.
This is not a seminar. It’s a system-built around real shop conditions, repeatable process, and a measurable standard.
Why ONE PPF Training Exists
Most installation failures don’t come from the material. They come from inconsistent technique: timing errors, overworking film, poor edge finishing, or workflow issues that lead to contamination and comebacks.
Our in-house training is designed to eliminate that.
You’ll leave with:
- A repeatable install method you can run in your shop every day
- Better edge control, cleaner finishing, and fewer reworks
- Real confidence installing clear and colored PPF
- A standardized inspection and photo documentation process
- Certification based on objective quality standards
The ONE PPF Installation System
Our entire lineup is engineered around one principle: consistent installation behavior across clear, color, and specialty films.
Once you learn the ONE system, you can install the lineup with the same feel, control, and confidence.
Our training is built around three fundamentals:
- Control the film – tension, stability, and handling discipline
- Control the edge – sealing strategy that prevents failures
- Control the finish – clean workflow and consistent final results
Training Options
2-Day Core Certification
Designed for installers who want a complete, structured foundation in the ONE PPF system—plus certification based on quality standards.

ONE PPF™ Training FAQ
What training options do you offer?
We offer two in-house training programs:
- Core Certification (2-Day) – Designed to build a complete foundation in the ONE PPF installation system, including clear and colored PPF handling, edge sealing, and finishing standards.
- Advanced Installer Master Class (3-Day) – Built for experienced installers who want higher-level control, specialty film handling, complex panel strategy, and advanced evaluation.
Do I need to be an existing ONE PPF dealer to attend?
No. Shops can apply for training regardless of current dealer status. Dealer onboarding options are available for approved partners.
Is the training hands-on or classroom-based?
Training is primarily hands-on. Classroom time is kept short and practical-focused on real-world techniques, installation discipline, and quality standards that apply immediately in a shop environment.
What will we be installing during training?
Install work is based on drills, real panels, and vehicle modules. Depending on your program, installs typically include:
- Flat training boards (film control, squeegee technique)
- Hard edges and corners (edge sealing discipline)
- Mirror caps and small complex shapes
- Hood module (pattern or bulk)
- Colored panel install (required)
- Advanced class includes specialty modules and complex strategy work
Will we install colored PPF during training?
Yes. Colored PPF is included in the Core Certification and reinforced further in the Advanced Master Class. We focus on clean handling, finish preservation, and edge control so shops can install and sell color confidently.
What products are covered?
Product coverage depends on the program:
Core Certification (2-Day)
- ONE PPF clear systems
- ONE PPF colored PPF fundamentals
Advanced Master Class (3-Day)
- ONE PPF clear + colored mastery
- Satin/matte handling and finish preservation
- Carbon Fiber hybrid film methods (dry + light slip capability)
- Headlight film workflow and finishing standards
What time does training start and end?
Training runs from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM each day.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to ensure the class starts on time.
How many installers can I send?
Class size is intentionally limited to maintain quality and hands-on coaching time. If you’re sending multiple installers, we can coordinate seats across the same date or schedule additional sessions depending on availability.
What should we bring?
Closed-toe shoes and install-ready clothing are required.
You may bring your preferred tools (squeegees, knives, etc.), but tools and materials are available on-site. Most installers perform best using the tools they’re already comfortable with.
Is certification guaranteed?
No. Certification is earned through an evaluated install segment and must meet ONE PPF quality standards. This protects the standard across the dealer network.
Installers are scored on:
- Clean workflow and prep discipline
- Adhesive control and solution management
- Film handling and tension control
- Squeegee technique and water evacuation
- Edge sealing and finishing discipline
- Final visual quality under inspection
What happens if someone doesn’t pass certification?
If an installer does not meet certification standards, we provide feedback on the exact areas that need improvement. In some cases, a re-test or additional training may be recommended.
Will we receive SOPs and finishing standards?
Yes. Training is built around a repeatable system that can be implemented immediately in your shop. Installers leave with:
- Installation workflow structure
- Edge sealing and finishing sequence standards
- Inspection expectations and quality control habits
- Certification photo requirements (for passing installers)
Do you teach bulk installs or pattern installs?
We cover concepts that apply to both. Vehicle modules may include pattern or bulk depending on the training flow and group needs. Our priority is consistent results and edge reliability-not a specific install preference.
Does the Advanced class cover bumpers and complex shapes?
Yes. The Advanced Master Class focuses heavily on:
- Complex panel sequencing
- Bumper strategy and tension control
- Relief placement and anchor zones
- Specialty film handling and finish discipline
Can you help our shop implement what we learn?
Yes. We can provide dealer support on:
- Product selection guidance (clear vs color vs specialty)
- Ordering workflow and inventory recommendations
- Best practices for selling colored PPF
- Standardizing quality across multiple installers
How do we enroll?
Submit a training request and include:
- Shop name and location
- Number of installers attending
- Training option (2-Day or 3-Day)
- Preferred dates (if applicable)
A ONE PPF team member will follow up with availability and next steps.
Where is training located?

Do you offer private training for a single shop?
Yes. Private training may be available depending on scheduling, goals, and group size. Reach out directly to discuss options.
