Last Updated: January 3, 2026
IMPORTANT RULE
Do not remove, replace, or reinstall film before receiving written authorization from ONE PPF.
Unauthorized replacements are not reimbursable and may void eligibility.
STEP 1 – INITIAL REVIEW
To initiate a claim, submit:
- Customer name + contact
- Dealer name + installer identity
- Product line + installation date
- Vehicle year/make/model
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos and short video (if requested)
- Batch/lot information (if available)
STEP 2 – VERIFICATION
ONE PPF may request:
- Additional photos/video
- In-person inspection (dealer or customer)
- Proof of authorized installation
- Maintenance/care confirmation
- Return of material samples (if applicable)
STEP 3 – DETERMINATION
ONE PPF will determine:
- Whether the condition is a manufacturing defect
- Scope of replacement eligibility (affected areas only)
- Whether any film is issued as replacement
STEP 4 – AUTHORIZATION
If approved, ONE PPF will issue written authorization and instructions.
Dealer must follow the authorized scope and process.
STEP 5 – RESOLUTION
Replacement film (if issued) will be limited to affected areas. Warranty does not reset. Any labor assistance is discretionary and must be explicitly approved in writing (if offered).
SHIPPING DAMAGE VS. WARRANTY
Transit damage is not a product warranty issue. Shipping claims must follow the Shipping & Receiving Policy and carrier requirements.
Legal Notice: These pages provide general summaries for convenience. Dealer rights and obligations are governed solely by the executed Authorized Installing Dealer Agreement (and addenda, if applicable).
