How does auto-promotion work?+
Every order counts toward your rolling 30-day spend. The moment that number crosses a Cert threshold ($1,000 for Pro, $3,500 for Elite, $5,500 for Master), your account flips to the new rate and the discount applies starting on your next checkout. No reapplication, no quarterly review, no waiting period.
What if my spend drops below a threshold?+
Your account steps down on a 45-day grace period. If your rolling 30-day spend falls below the threshold for your current tier, you stay at that rate for 45 days. If you climb back above, the higher rate stays in place. If not, you step down one tier. Activity floor ($1,000 trailing 12-month) gates all tier benefits.
Is there a Cert membership fee?+
No. Cert tiers are volume-based, not paid memberships. Qualification is rolling 30-day spend, not Stripe-billed subscriptions. Below Cert Pro your account sits at Authorized 4%, which comes from business verification plus the Authorized Dealer Terms, not a recurring fee.
How is Cert different from the Reserve path?+
Cert qualifies on rolling 30-day spend; Reserve qualifies on rolling 12-month spend. Cert moves faster (your rate updates the next order after you cross a threshold); Reserve gives you a longer-term-stable view of your tier (a slow month doesn't pull you down). Both paths sit on the same ladder. Cert Elite (12%) and Reserve Plus (12%) match. Cert Master (15%) and Reserve Pro (15%) match. The whichever-is-higher rate applies.
What if I want a higher rate than Cert Master 15%?+
The Reserve path tops out at Reserve Partner 20% (contracted). See /dealer-program/reserve for the full Reserve Class details and apply flow. Above Reserve Partner, tiers are invite-only and not published.
