Color Modifier
A Reserve member benefit for color-focused dealers.
The Color Modifier rewards Reserve dealers who run a high color share: the more of your ONE PPF spend that is color, the deeper your discount on color orders, on top of your Reserve tier rate. Cert tiers earn their flat tier rate.
So on color, Reserve Plus reaches up to 17%, Reserve Pro up to 20%, and Reserve Partner up to 25%. It is the Reserve story: the more color you run, the more it works for you.
The Color Modifier is a Reserve member benefit and applies to color SKUs (OCP-* part numbers) only. Reserve is a 1-year partnership. Your exact bonus is calculated from your recent color-purchase activity and shown in your dealer dashboard.

What's the difference between the three paths?
Authorized is the no-application entry point: sign the Authorized Dealer Terms and get 4% wholesale with full catalog access from your first order (an EIN or seller's permit is optional, never required to order). Cert Class is the volume path: register as a dealer, then climb Cert Pro 9% / Cert Elite 12% / Cert Master 15% on rolling 30-day monthly spend. Reserve Class is the long game: Reserve Plus and Reserve Pro qualify on trailing 12-month spend with a 75% monthly active floor; Reserve Partner 20% requires a 3-month rolling average plus a 75% monthly floor and a signed Reserve agreement (1-year partnership with a ONE PPF brand partnership). All three classes live on the same ladder; you can switch paths anytime.
Can I switch paths later?
Yes. Authorized dealers auto-promote into the Cert Class the moment their rolling 30-day spend crosses the Cert Pro threshold ($1,000+/mo). No reapplication. Reserve Plus and Reserve Pro are earned on trailing 12-month spend ($60K and $120K) and entered by signing the Reserve Contract, with the 75% monthly active floor as a dual gate. The whichever-is-higher rate applies, never stacked.
What happens if I don't qualify for the tier I want?
You stay where you actually qualify. Tier benefits are real percentages off real wholesale orders, so the system only honors the tier your spend supports. If you're trending toward a higher tier, the dashboard shows your distance to the next tier in dollars, with no mystery math.
When do tier discounts kick in?
The next order. The moment your rolling 30-day or trailing 12-month number crosses a tier threshold (and Reserve dealers stay above the 75% monthly floor), your account flips to the new rate and the discount applies starting on your next checkout. No retroactive recalculation, no waiting period, no quarterly review.
Are there minimums or exclusivity requirements?
No minimum spend. No exclusivity at Certified; Reserve tiers add a PPF-only, product-by-product commitment (source ONE PPF for the PPF types and colors it carries; everything else stays open). Activity floor is $1,000 on a rolling 12-month basis. Below the floor, tier benefits pause until you climb back above.
Is there a resale policy?
Dealers purchase ONE PPF film for their own paint protection install business only. No resale of rolls; no marketplace listings; no transfers to other dealers. Install service pricing is freely market-determined. The full no-resale rules live in the Dealer Conduct Standards you acknowledge at registration.
What unlocks the dealer portal?
Portal access is universal across all dealer tiers. Authorized through Reserve Partner, every active dealer gets a portal dashboard with order catalog, order history, tier progress tracker, and discount rate display. Depth scales with tier (deeper analytics + forecasts at Reserve Pro and above), but access itself is universal per canonical Part 6.
What about tiers above Reserve Partner 20%?
Contracted rates above 20% exist. They are invite-only, NDA-only, and not published. If you think you fit, reach out and we will talk.
The Reserve agreement

Reserve membership is a 1-year contracted partnership. Read what the agreement covers before you apply. Confidential tier rates above Reserve Partner 20% are invite-only and not exposed on this surface.
1-year term
Reserve membership is a 1-year term. Renews on agreement.
Your Reserve agreement runs 12 months from countersign. Renewal is by mutual written affirmation no later than 30 days before the Term expires. Reserve does not auto-renew; each year you affirmatively re-elect the relationship.
PPF brand partnership
Reserve members order ONE PPF for any film type or color we carry.
You can still source competitors only for products we do not offer. Determination is product-by-product, not category-wide. Window film, ceramic coatings, paint correction, detailing accessories, and headlight tint sold separately are outside the scope.
Exclusive territory
Exclusive territory at Reserve Partner level, by invitation.
If it's a fit for your market, we work out the boundaries with you directly. Reserve Plus and Reserve Pro are not territory-eligible. The exclusive-territory terms carry a separate signature and lapse if the Reserve agreement ends. Ask us to start the conversation.
30-day cure period
Issues get written notice and a cure window before anything escalates.
If an issue comes up during the Term, you receive written notice and a 30-day cure period. Material breach applies only if the issue is not cured within that window. Same cure mechanism for PPF exclusivity and the Anti-Grey-Market covenant.
