ONE PPF Limited Product Warranty

8-Year Limited Warranty

ONE Paint Protection Films (“ONE PPF”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”) expressly warrants to the original owner that, for a period of eight (8) years from the date of installation (the “Warranty Period”), our films will be free from manufacturing defects including:

  • Yellowing
  • Cracking
  • Peeling or delamination
  • Staining or bubbling
  • Loss of gloss or matte finish (not caused by misuse)

This Limited Warranty applies only to ONE PPF products installed by an authorized ONE PPF installer and maintained according to the Company’s official care and handling instructions.

Remedy Under Warranty

If the Product fails due to a verified manufacturing defect during the Warranty Period, ONE PPF will, at its option:

  • Replace the affected film, and
  • Cover reasonable labor costs for removal and reinstallation by an authorized ONE PPF installer.

The warranty does not extend to areas unaffected by the defect. Reinstallation will be limited to the specific portion of the vehicle where failure has occurred. Repaired or replaced product coverage remains tied to the original installation date—the Warranty Period does not reset.

Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact your original ONE PPF installer and provide the following:

  • Proof of installation and purchase (receipt or warranty card)
  • Photos or a detailed description of the issue
  • Vehicle VIN and mileage (if required by installer)

All claims must be verified by ONE PPF or an authorized representative. Unauthorized installers or third-party evaluations will not be accepted.

Transferability

This warranty is transferable to subsequent vehicle owners, provided the new owner submits the original proof of installation to ONE PPF within 30 days of the vehicle transfer. Coverage applies for the remaining term of the original 8-year period.
