Shipping & Receiving Policy
Effective Date: May 4, 2026 · Issued by One PPF Inc., Sarasota, FL
Shipping origin
Orders ship from our Danbury, CT facility through July 31, 2026. The Sarasota, FL headquarters becomes the primary shipping origin on August 1, 2026. Cutover date is subject to Florida business license issuance (currently pending); if the license slips, the shipping origin transition slips with it. Rates and transit times may vary with the origin switch; live UPS rates at checkout always reflect the current origin.
Standard rates apply to every order. We do not offer a free-shipping threshold at this time.
1. Shipping Terms
All shipments are FOB U.S. Warehouse. Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the shipment leaves the ONE PPF warehouse facility.
2. Freight & Carrier Responsibility
Once the shipment has departed the warehouse, the carrier assumes responsibility for the goods in transit. The purchaser is responsible for filing all claims related to transit damage, delays, or lost shipments directly with the carrier.
3. Inspection Upon Delivery
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
- Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
- Photograph all damaged packaging and contents
- Retain all original packaging materials for carrier inspection if needed
4. Reporting Timeframes
5. Returns & RMA
All returns require prior written authorization from ONE PPF. Cut, installed, or opened products are not eligible for return. Restocking fees may apply to authorized returns. Contact ONE PPF before shipping any product back.
6. Storage After Delivery
Once delivered, the purchaser is responsible for proper storage conditions including temperature, humidity, and protection from direct sunlight. Improper storage may void product warranty.
7. No Self-Authorized Replacements
Do not discard, replace, or reinstall any product without prior written authorization from ONE PPF. Unauthorized actions may void warranty eligibility and claim reimbursement.
8. Governing Law and Arbitration
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration seated in Hartford, Connecticut (industry-convention AAA locus). Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any litigation outside the AAA scope shall be brought in the state or federal courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut. In the event of any conflict between this Shipping Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions control.
