What the agreement covers

- ·$3,750/mo monthly active floor (75% of the $5,000/mo equivalent of the $60K/yr earn-in threshold) keeps benefits active.
- ·60-day grace window if monthly spend dips below the floor; tier rate stays in place during grace.
- ·Annual flex month: 1 month per calendar year exempt from floor enforcement, resets January 1.
- ·Sustained below-floor activity past grace triggers a step-down to the next supportable tier based on trailing-12 spend.

Color Modifier
A Reserve member benefit for color-focused dealers.
The Color Modifier rewards Reserve dealers who run a high color share: the more of your ONE PPF spend that is color, the deeper your discount on color orders, on top of your Reserve tier rate. Cert tiers earn their flat tier rate.
So on color, Reserve Plus reaches up to 17%, Reserve Pro up to 20%, and Reserve Partner up to 25%. It is the Reserve story: the more color you run, the more it works for you.
The Color Modifier is a Reserve member benefit and applies to color SKUs (OCP-* part numbers) only. Reserve is a 1-year partnership. Your exact bonus is calculated from your recent color-purchase activity and shown in your dealer dashboard.
Cert vs Reserve at 12%
Cert Elite and Reserve Plus both land at 12% discount. Cert Elite qualifies on rolling 30-day spend; Reserve Plus qualifies on trailing 12-month spend with a monthly active floor. Different paths for different shops, whichever-is-higher rate applies. Cert path equivalent: Cert Elite 12% at $3,500+/mo rolling 30-day.

How fast can I reach Reserve Plus?+
If you sustain $5,000+/mo on average for the trailing 12 months, your account auto-promotes to Reserve Plus the moment the rolling 12-month total crosses $60,000. Newer accounts can reach Cert Elite (also 12%) much faster on the rolling 30-day path.
What happens if I have a slow month?+
Reserve Plus carries a $3,750/mo monthly active floor (75% of the $5,000/mo earn-in equivalent). If you stay above the floor, nothing changes. If you dip below, you get a 60-day grace window before any step-down lands. You also get one annual flex month per calendar year (exempt month, no questions asked).
Do I have to apply or sign anything?+
No. Reserve Plus is a passive earn-in tier. The system auto-promotes you when your trailing 12-month spend crosses the threshold. Cert tier T&Cs you accepted at signup carry forward; no separate Reserve application or contract is required.
What unlocks at Reserve Plus that didn't at Cert Master?+
Reserve Plus is the entry tier of the Reserve chain (annual-qualifier path); Cert Elite is its volume-chain equivalent at 12% off film. If you're already at Cert Master 15%, the Reserve-chain peer is Reserve Pro at the same 15%, not Reserve Plus. Reserve Plus is where your training discount begins, at 10% and growing as you climb. Marketing-asset discounts begin earlier, in the Cert chain at Cert Master (15%). So Cert dealers do earn a perk discount as they climb; the training discount is what starts at Reserve Plus. Reserve Plus also surfaces the Reserve invitation banner on your dashboard signaling eligibility for higher-rate consideration.
How is this different from Reserve Pro?+
Reserve Pro is the next tier up at 15% off, earned at $120K+ trailing 12-month spend with a $7,500/mo active floor. Reserve Plus and Reserve Pro share the passive earn-in pattern; only the threshold and rate differ.
