Privacy Policy
Notice: Privacy Policy v3.2 takes effect 2026-06-23. The version pinned to your acceptance at signup is the binding version for your account; on the effective date you will receive a fresh acceptance prompt covering the v3.2 changes per our notice-at- collection commitment.
This Privacy Policy (v3.1) describes how One PPF Inc. collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website, dealer portal, and related services. 1. What we collect
We collect information you provide at signup (email, business name, phone, state, optional website + Instagram handle), information you provide at first order (EIN, resale certificate, business shipping address), and information about your use of the dealer portal (orders, tier, support tickets, marketing engagement). We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and remember your preferences.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate your dealer account, process and ship your orders, communicate with you about ONE PPF (product updates, tier changes, billing), provide customer support, and improve our products and services. We do not sell your information.
3. Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that help us operate (Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, ShipEngine for carrier rates and labels, Cloudflare for hosting, HubSpot for sales operations). Each provider is contractually limited to processing data on our behalf. We disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message we send. You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing sales@onepaintprotection.com from your account email. CCPA residents have additional rights as detailed in the full long-form Policy.
5. Retention
We retain account data for as long as your dealer account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with tax, accounting, and warranty obligations. Marketing engagement data is retained per industry norms.
6. Changes
When we make material changes to this Policy, we will give you at least 28 days advance notice (as we are doing now for v3.2) and request fresh acceptance. The pinned version on your account audit trail is the version that governs until you accept the next.
