ONE PPF Dealer Program: Cert and Reserve paths to volume + sustained-spend tiers.
ONE PPF backs a growing network of certified installers across North America. The Dealer Program is organized into two classes: Cert Class climbs on rolling 30-day monthly spend; Reserve Class earns on sustained trailing 12-month spend with a 75% monthly active floor. Both classes share the same ladder and the same product catalog. Whichever-is-higher rate always applies.

Reserve Class
Sustained-spend path · trailing 12-mo (Plus / Pro) or 3-mo rolling avg (Partner).
Reserve membership = contracted partnership. 1-year term under Reserve Contract v1.0. PPF brand partnership (product-by-product) + optional protected territory addendum, sized to your market where available (Reserve Partner level and above, on request). Dual gate: qualifier AND 75% monthly active floor.

Every Reserve tier carries a single contracted rate under Reserve Contract v1.0 (1-year partnership, PPF brand exclusivity). The prior Contracted-versus-Uncontracted rate split is retired for new applications. Protected territory is an optional Appendix A add-on at Reserve Partner and above, on request with Mark approval.

- Cert Pro 9%: + monthly volume promotion + 9% off MSRP.
- Cert Elite 12%: + signed CDA + priority order handling.
- Cert Master 15%: + portal unlock + founder-led training reservation (Aug / Sep 2026 cohorts).
Reserve Class benefits
- Reserve Plus 12%: + portal unlock + training discounts begin here (marketing-asset discounts begin earlier, at Cert Master).
- Reserve Pro 15%: + deeper portal analytics + larger training and marketing discounts.
- Reserve Partner 20%: + signed Reserve Contract v1.0 + optional territory addendum + portal + dedicated rep + manual review.

Dual-gate disclosure
Reserve tiers carry a dual gate: qualifier AND 75% monthly active floor. Floor breach triggers grace-then-pause-then-downgrade per Standing Orders sec 2.5. Cert tiers carry the qualifier and the 45-day grace only; no separate floor.

Governing law: State of Connecticut. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration seated in Hartford, Connecticut (industry-convention AAA locus); litigation outside the AAA scope shall be brought in the state or federal courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Activity floor: $1,000 on a rolling 12-month basis applies across all public tiers. Below the floor, tier benefits suspend until you climb back above.
