Authorized Dealer Terms
These Authorized Dealer Terms (v1) govern your relationship with One PPF Inc. when you purchase a sample kit or otherwise activate as an Authorized Dealer. You accepted these terms by checking the consent box at signup. The version pinned to your acceptance is recorded in our audit log and is the binding version for your account; future amendments require a fresh acceptance.
1. Activation and tier
By purchasing a sample kit and accepting these Terms, your shop becomes an Authorized ONE PPF Dealer at the 4% wholesale discount rate. This grants full catalog access, dealer locator listing, marketing asset access, and certified installer status from day one.
2. Ordering and pricing
Wholesale orders are placed through the dealer portal at onepaintprotection.com/portal. Pricing applied at checkout reflects your tier rate. Promotional discounts (such as Memorial Day) stack on top of tier rate within the published promo window. ONE PPF reserves the right to adjust MSRP and tier thresholds with notice as published in the dealer portal.
3. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your saved business ship-to address using live carrier rates. Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery. Damaged-in-transit claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery via the dealer portal.
4. Warranty
ONE PPF film carries a per-product warranty as published on each product page. Authorized Dealers act as the first line of warranty support for their installs; ONE PPF backs valid claims directly with the dealer per the warranty terms attached to each product family.
5. Brand use and resale
Authorized Dealers may use the ONE PPF brand in their marketing per the published brand guidelines and may resell ONE PPF film in retail installations. Authorized Dealers may not resell ONE PPF film wholesale to other shops without written authorization.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Authorized Dealer relationship with 30 days written notice. Outstanding orders ship per existing terms; tier benefits and locator listing end at termination.
7. Privacy
Your business data is handled per our Privacy Policy. You agreed to that policy at signup alongside these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
