What you are granting

By accepting this release, you ("Dealer") grant ONE PPF Inc. ("ONE PPF," "we," "us") a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable license to use the following ("Featured Content") to promote ONE PPF and its dealer program:

• your business name and logo;
• your dealer location (city/region and dealer-profile link);
• photographs and videos of your ONE PPF installations that you provide to us or authorize us to use; and
• attribution of your business by name, with a link to your ONE PPF dealer profile, and, where you elect it, a tag/handle on social media.

We may use Featured Content across all media -- our website, email newsletters, social media, the gallery, Color of the Week / dealer spotlights, and printed materials -- for marketing and promotional purposes. You keep all ownership of your name, logo, and content; this is a license to use it, not a transfer.

Scope -- you choose what we may use

Your grant is recorded by element, so you may permit some uses and not others:

• Name and logo attribution -- name you as the installing dealer.
• Installation photos/videos (image rights) -- publish images/video of your builds.
• Dealer-profile link -- link features to your ONE PPF dealer page.
• Social tag/handle -- tag your business on social posts.

We will honor your selections; a use you did not grant will not be published.

Your representations

You represent that, for any customer vehicle shown in content you provide, you have the necessary rights or releases to allow the depiction, or you authorize ONE PPF to obscure identifying details (for example, license plates). ONE PPF will, in any case, obscure visible license plates and similar personal identifiers as a matter of customer privacy.

Revocation

You may revoke this release at any time by written notice to ONE PPF. Revocation is prospective: we will stop new uses of your Featured Content, but revocation does not require recall or removal of materials already distributed or published before the revocation.

How consent is recorded

When you accept, ONE PPF records the fact and time of acceptance, the version of this release you accepted, and standard electronic-signature evidence (your acceptance event, including IP address and browser), in accordance with the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. 7001). You consent to entering this release electronically.

Governing law

This release is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut at execution and, on completion of ONE PPF's entity transition to Florida with notice, by the laws of the State of Florida thereafter -- consistent with the ONE PPF Authorized Dealer Terms.
